Managing Anger

Aroma therapy is really useful to core suppressed anger.Sweet fragrance can make your
anger disappear. try it.

Splash your face with cold water to calm your nerves and cool down.It will reduce
your anger.

When your temper is rising count till 100, then breath deeply 10times to control
yourself.

Hurrying creates an atmosphere for rising temper.Try to do things with a calm mind.

If you are caught in a situation where you cannot do anything to change it, then
instead of fighting and feeling frustrated just relax and think of positive things
in life.

Whenever you feel angry, just close your eyes and breath deeply and think that your
anger is susiding. It will certainly relax you.

To calm your nerves and control your anger make a fist and open and close it several times.

  1. nice post! I would also like to add that when you are angry, go out, take a walk and look at distant objects, it will help relax and reduce the anger.
